Mr. Rich will not communicate or keep you updated on anything. He will ignore your calls and messages requesting information about your case and disappear on you right before trial. He doesn’t care about you or your problems; he uses your money to pay his medical bills. He “admitted into the hospital...” and left me hanging in my case, which resulted in me losing custody of my daughter. A year later, I applied for legal services on LegalMatch, and he had the nerve to respond and call me as if he didn’t know who I was. He lied again about helping and disappeared again. I’m going to file a formal complaint with the bar.
