Patrick Dennis Souter

Pat is known for his legal and educational experience in the healthcare industry, making him a sought-after resource for clients and students alike. His primary areas of practice are related to Transactional and Administrative Healthcare, Corporate, Securities and Antitrust matters. 

He is also a Professor of Health Care studies at Baylor University School of Law where he teaches Health Care Law, Health Care Fraud and Abuse and Regulation of Health Care Professionals. Pat also teaches students in the Executive MBA program at Baylor as well.

A native of Dallas, Texas, Pat obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Juris Doctorate from Baylor University and his M.B.A. in Health Services Management at the University of Dallas. He is Board Certified in Healthcare Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Souter is also certified by the American Health Lawyers Association as a Mediator and Arbitrator.
