Morgan Samoan Richardson

Richardson & Associates Law (R&A Law) was founded by Morgan Richardson, a graduate of UNT Dallas College of Law and a former Assistant Attorney General in the Child Support Division. She opened this family law practice to assist the community and parents. As a parent herself, she understand the difficulties of family law process. She can help even the most unruly parents come to agreements for the best interest of the child and parents. R&A Law was founded to be client focused. We make it easy for you to communicate with the attorney, receive consistent status up-dates with our client portal, and  understand the legal process by educating you about the legal process. Simply put we are here to serve you. 

I founded this firm with you in mind. After spending a lot of time on the other side, as a former Assistant Attorney General, I saw many families affected by the child support system. Although, the Office of the Attorney General's child support division helps hundreds of families daily it is not a one-size fit all solution and does not reflect the needs of all Texans families. R&A Law is here to represent you and your family whether that is regarding child support, custody (conservatorship), visitation (access and possession), or divorce. I bring a wealth of knowledge to assist you and your families needs. I am here for you.

Another goal of mine when I opened R&A Law was to provide affordable legal services. I believe everyone should have access to legal assistance.
