Matthew Sean Paradowski

Mr. Paradowski has litigated disputes involving commercial general liability, commercial excess liability, commercial umbrella liability, commercial auto, and director and officers' liability policies, for both insurers and corporate insureds. Mr. Paradowski has also successfully litigated claims on behalf of insurers and insureds against insurance agents and brokers and sought coverage under their respective error and omissions policies.

Matthew Paradowski has litigated complex commercial insurance disputes of all varieties, representing carriers in jurisdictions throughout the United States. He has advised clients on disputes from the primary commercial insurance level to excess insurance disputes involving tens of millions of dollars. Mr. Paradowski and Walker Sewell, LLP also take an active role in advising insurance clients on a day-to-day basis of their rights and duties relating to potential claims, prior to litigation.
