Joseph Allen Hummel

My practice encompasses all phases of litigation, including pre-trial assessment and analysis, pleadings, discovery, trial, appeals, and judgment enforcement.  I regularly practice in both state and federal court, and have experience arbitrating cases before the America Arbitration Association.

My practice includes a wide range of commercial and business litigation.  Among others, I have significant case experience  involving securities fraud, receiverships, Ponzi schemes, UCC Articles 3, 4, and 5, letters of credit, fraudulent transfers, and fiduciary duties.
