Great custody attorney

Elizabeth worked really hard for my case. My ex-wife was using drugs and I was afraid that I would not be able to keep her from seeing my kids. She took care of everything and I was able to pay on a payment plan!

Elizabeth gets results! Hiring her will be the best thing you do for yourself and your children. She handles tough cases effec

Hiring Elizabeth to manage my case was the best decision I made in all my years of legal battles. I have had experience with many attorneys and experience with DIY. My case was one of the worst Denton County had ever seen. I had lost faith in attorneys and faith in the system being able to deliver... justice until Elizabeth picked me up, and delivered the most valuable thing she could to any family -- stress relief and results. She was effective and turned the court around in what was beginning to look hopeless. If it wasn’t for Elizabeth I might not have my children today. Elizabeth keeps a level head, her paralegal knows how to defend and protect you from continued attacks, and they are supportive inside the courtroom and out. Elizabeth also is a parent and understands what parents and the children are going through. She lives what she practices. This is invaluable and important when making the decision of which attorney to represent you in the most important challenge in your life – protecting your rights to your children and your childrens’ rights to you. Elizabeth handles tough cases effectively and efficiently. She put so much time into my case that I didn't feel that I was paying her enough.

Compassionate, Hard working, Tough Cookie in court

I have enjoyed having Beth as my attorney. She seemed to really care about my stress level and tried to comfort me. She is definitely trustworthy and reliable. Family law is her specialty and she is perfect for this. I would hire her again and recommend her to all my friends and family.

Compassionate and cheap, but smart

She handled my divorce and was great. She is easy to talk to and understanding.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
