FREE ADVICE: HIRE BRAD NACE BEFORE YOUR SPOUSE DOES.

When my ex and her new paramour found out I'd retained Brad Nace, they went from representing themselves to retaining a high-profile family attorney firm (whom I don't wish to further embarrass by naming here). I knew Brad had a great reputation as top-flight attorney, as I've known knew him social...ly for years. (My ex knew too, btw.) What I did not, and could not yet truly appreciate was what an incredible strategist, nor how unbelievably attentive to detail he is. As badly as I wanted to win my case... I dare say Brad wanted it MORE THAN I DID. Yes, of course we won... but it gets better... When we finally had our hearing... it felt like a Hollywood director said "Action" and then it was Brad's turn to make an opening statement... hard to describe succinctly but suffice to say, he was on another level than opposing counsel. He absolutely owned the stage er court room and commanded everyone's attention and respect. You're looking at reviews for a reason, which you're wise to do... so..PLEASE READ THIS LAST PART CAREFULLY: Retain his services NOW before the other side does. Once he took over the courtroom and it was immediately apparent he'd just mopped the floor with their whole team... All I could think of is how it would have felt to be on the other side. You do NOT want to face this man in court. You'll thank me for writing this. And you're welcome. I'm sure you'll me as moved as I was to spread the word. Brad, you were outstanding, sir. Thank you.

Excellent Attorney

He was the first to tell me that my wife was trying to defraud me as she filed for divorce. She was also severely abusing my child at the time too which restricted my ability to understand just how criminal she had become. He also told me that the court doesn't care about child abuse which at first s...truck me as insensitive. At a certain point during litigation I realized that my ex was guilty of multiple crimes. He was correct about my ex's intentions to not only abuse my child (trying to make me crazy) but also to defraud me / the whole estate. My ex made it away with millions, trusts, businesses, has almost had me killed a few times due to conspiracy crimes, and I haven't been with my daughter (who believes me to be dead) since she was kidnapped for a court sponsored ransom against civil law and federal vra laws in 2017. The maternally abused victim child is now severely damaged, suffering, and cannot speak properly (often times stuttering / stammering) and does not have a steady focus according to insiders due to the ongoing maternal child abuse. Thanks for the heads up about my criminal ex and the court not caring about child abuse! The 255th court does NOT care for their standing orders, maternal child abuse, perjury, fraud, or rico crimes alike. They have been reported to the DOJ about their constructive crimes. Mr. Brad Nace is an honest lawyer who is very intuitive. Honesty is very hard to find in the legal field. 100% excellent lawyer!!!! Have a great one!!!!!

BEST OF THE BEST

About twenty years ago attorney Richard Johnson was doing a probate case for my mother. When the trial was over I asked Mr. Johnson if he could recommend us to a good family attorney. Without hesitation he said Brad Nace. Richard Johnson said Brad is meaner than a sack of rattle snakes, and I would ...not want to go against him in court. Bradford Nace won our case hands down, and I glad he's in our corner. Thank you Brad for all your hard work.

Respected, Experienced, Assertive, and Honest Advocate - Saved father/son relationship.

If Brad hadn’t taken my case and stepped in quickly, this entire past year of regular weekly time with my toddler son would have been gone and my son would likely be living far away from me. Brad has a wealth of experience and is respected in the Courts; this made such a big difference when facing an... aggressive opposing counsel who had overwhelmed me and my prior counsel before Brad took over. Although Brad and I were not able to continue working together to finish out the case because I ran out of money, I would certainly hire him again in the future.

TRUELY AWESOME

Mr. Nace is the best you will find in Dallas. I contacted him at the very last minute (2 days to deadline) due to not being properly represented by my previous lawyer. I had no plan, no proactive measures taken on my behalf, and no guidance. Within 24 hours I was 95% ready to go to trial. He met ...with me personally and developed a plan quickly. He is a quick thinker and extremely professional. His extensive knowledge and guidance enabled me to have a successful outcome in my divorce. Before Mr. Nace came aboard I was about to have a VERY terrible day in court that would have cost me for YEARS to come. He has incredible focus and covers every angle. He came up with ideas I had never considered. I FINALLY had some offense and was no longer taking a beating. If you need someone on your side please call him. I can promise you it will be the best decision you can make. You will get MORE than your money's worth. No paralegal working on my case. He did 100% of the research and filings. He was totally focused on my case and kept in constant contact with me. We had multiple calls, emails, and text per day. Opposing councel looked scared when he walked through the door. AND THEY SHOULD BE. He is a force to be reckoned with. Again..........the best you can find in Dallas and possibly anywhere around here. Thank You Brad. You saved me.
