Austin Richard Wyker

Austin Wyker is a Shareholder in the Joint Ventures (Co-Leader of this section), Tax and Corporate & Securities sections of the Dallas office of Munsch Hardt.

Austin regularly advises clients on joint ventures as well as domestic and international transactions with a particular focus on the legal, tax and business implications of joint ventures in real estate. He represents both the sponsor and investor in joint ventures and both the acquirer and the target in mergers, reorganizations and acquisitions. Austin also advises entrepreneurs and businesses of all sizes on legal, tax and business matters concerning entity formation and general operations.

Austin has worked with clients in a broad range of industries, including real estate, technology, oil and gas, manufacturing and distribution, healthcare, and retail and consumer products.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Austin worked in EY’s Transaction Advisory Services Group as well as KPMG’s Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Group.
