Great

I was so thankful to them for getting me a settlement from Ford on my 2016 Ford Fusion that new off the lot, but had several issues as well as getting the transmission replaced twice.. They keep in communication with me every step of the way, everyone was nice and understood what I was going through.... I appreciate them so much.. And I will be recommending them to my friends if ever needed..

Simply Amazing

I recently had bought a 2019 Camaro that within 6000 miles threw a rod and needed a complete engine replacement. The dealer and Chevy were very unhelpful they did replace the engine under warranty but I kept having problems with the car and just did not want to keep it. GM was very unhelpful and now ...I felt like I was out of options and paying for a car that could fall apart again at any moment. I reached out to the firm for just a quick consultation and they said they would review my case and let me know within a day or two if they could take it. I hear back less than 24 hours later and they accepted it. Less than a month later the lawyers at Allen Stewart got the situation take care of and gave me and my family the peace of mind to get into a safer vehicle. Thank you so much!

Great customer service and follow through!

I originally found them by googling after I had issues with my car. I sent in a request and the Bonan Link (my attorney) was calling me the very next morning! The process wasn’t quick, but that was not their doing...it’s just how it is. They kept me updated through the whole process and they made it ...as easy as possible! Bonan is great! She is personable and really explained everything. She never over promised, but she delivered exactly what she told me from the beginning! Highly recommend her!
