I am out of state and was the executor to my father's estate. I had hired Spencer Law to assist me. I had hoped to work with Kevin Spencer, however was assigned to Ms. Wales. She treated me like a number, not a person throughout what should have been a simple estate. She did a very poor job expl...aining to me the process of probate, and the estate closure process in general. She was rude and condescending to my many questions. She would not communicate via phone - only email which is very difficult when trying to understand how an estate works. Do your research. Managing an estate when grief stricken is very difficult. Hire an attorney that will be your ally, not just go after the estate's money.
