Paul Thomas Vincent

He was completely biased toward my case and very poorly represented me. Never go to trial with Mr. Vincent as your attorney unless you plan on spending time in prison. HE DID NOT FIGHT FOR ME!!! He was so intimidated by the prosecutor that during the trial his hands were literally shaking when he ...had pen and paper in his hands. I was so poorly represented that I tried to fire him right before my trial and the Judge refused without surprise because she new Mr. Vincent from being a prosecutor in her County. He is very inexperienced and incompetent and absolutely not well versed with criminal law and does not even know his clients rights. He black-balled me and made a deal with the DA way before my trial. Of course why wouldn't he. He just opened his own practice after working for Navarro County I feel that the entire trial was a tit-for-tat situation. The DA said "you give me one and I will give you the next one". I was going to prison whether I liked it or not. He is unresponsive in every way. He does not return phone calls. He does not investigate your case. I had several credible witnesses that could have helped my case and he never even bothered to call them to ask them questions nor did he attempt to go see them or bring them to trial BECAUSE HE DID NOT CARE. He was very ill prepared as far as representation goes. I have been in a lot of court rooms and watched a lot of criminal trials cases and I have to say this is the worst attorney I have ever seen. AGAIN, HE DID NOT FIGHT FOR ME. HE LAID DOWN AND LET THE PROSECUTOR STICK A KNIFE IN MY BACK.
