David W. Elmquist

David Elmquist graduated with high honors from the University of Texas School of Law in 1978.  After 30 years of practice at two large Dallas law firms where he represented clients in business bankruptcies and bankruptcy-related litigation, David has brought his bankruptcy law and litigation expertise to Waxahachie.  During his career, David has represented business and consumer debtors, secured creditors, creditors' committees and bankruptcy trustees.  David is admitted to practice in all of the U.S. District Courts in Texas and before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.  At Reed & Elmquist we are committed to understanding your particular needs and addressing those needs with a personal and professional approach.  We represent both consumers and business entities in the bankruptcy system.
