Client accused of Attempted Aggravated Kidnapping in Memorial Park of a 12 year old child. Client cooperated with police when they arrested him two months after the incident. They had already made thei ... r decision and did not research any of the information that he gave them during his three hour interview. We fought hard to find witnesses and other court officials who could account for his whereabouts during the time of the alleged offense. After a hard fought jury trial that lasted 5 days. The jury came back with a 40 minute NOT GUILTY.
