i have not been in any trouble for almost 14yrs.Me an another guy get arrested,the other guy is on probation and since he has been on probation has been arrested for 5-6 felony charges,all manufactoring drug cases in kaufman,co&Henderson Co.He get all of his charges dis missed in Kaufman just because... he plead to a probation violation .He had no choice but to plea to it.He received 15yrs. in Henderson Co for manufactoring w/intent to dist.MY charges are still pending.The investorgater even told my lawyer that he knew the stuff was not mine,but since i have a past record they are trying to give me 15yrs. if i cop-out &if i go to trial maybe 30-40.why was he even on the streets being on probation with that many felony arrests while on probation?why should his charges get dropped&mine not when they know he was guilty of the charges that we where arrested on?The awyer just keeps saying its your past.I have no drug charges on my record.He has not eve to the time to see the police video that he has had for 3 months. Hehas had me convicted since the day he started representing me.
