I have adjudicated thousands of cases as a federal adminiistrative law judge, administrative judge and Municipal court Judge. This work has given me the
opportunity to serve my fellow Americans ffor forty years as an adjudicator. In that capacity, I have come to know the problems prevalent in the workplace as well as the hardships which obtain in the homes of countless Americans where many struggle to make ends meet.
