Incompetent
Unbelievable incompetence. Avoid at all costs! No integrity. Hiring her was the greatest mistake of my families life.

Highly disappointed
There was never an investigation done by this lawyer or her staff. We paid for that. Never tried to plea bargain on the date appointed by the judge in court. Never showed up in court with my child , only sent her assistant who had no experience with a Felony 1 charge. Everyone in Smith County unders...

I would not trust to recomment this lawyer to anyone
We paid this lawyer plenty of money, she did not come to see my son but once in jail. She convinced my son to give a police statement before he was indicted. She never put on a defense for him. I would not hire her again
I would not hire Tonda again. I paid her a lot of money, but she did not return phone calls as promised, and she did not provide the expert witnesses I needed to win my case. There were a lot of promises but no delivery.

Client Review
I have called and left numerous message concerning my case. Tonda Curry has not called me back. Her secretary Beth is very rude and her legal assistant Ryan Helms isn't much better. I didn't pay to speak with the legal assistant, I paid to speak with the lawyer I hired.
