Timothy Ray Haney

I paid a $2500 retainer, and he neglected to do his job. I had to find other representation. He would cancel hearings and not tell me, he would not file the actions that we discuss and if he did, they were not properly filed. He sat on his hands for months doing nothing. You can never get a hold ...of him, does not respond to emails or phone calls. If you need to see him or talk to him, you need to just show up at his office and pray that he is there. Save yourself the heart ache and fine someone else.

No communication. No emails or calls ever returned. If you need to get ahold of him you have to call every day or show up randomly. He didn’t explain things thoroughly at all. He did not help me with anything on my custody case. He didn’t speak up for me during our final hearing either. I haven’t eve...n got my orders from him, other than in an email. He took my money and never had me sign a contract. I could have represented myself better than he did. He acted as if he didn’t care at all.

We hire Mr Haney to do a job. He never followed through with any thing he promised us. He is like a salesmen tells you what you want to hear. He has poor communication skills . The only way we were able to communicate with him is going to his office . I paid him $2500 for service that were never ren...dered . He was very timid during court.

Mr. Haney was hired to do a job but never did the job. He lacked communication skills never answered or returned any phone calls. I had to just show up at the office just to talk to him. Mr. Haney never made the court date that he promised or did 1 thing he promised in the constitution. He never prin...ted the papers for the order that the judge put in to place. Mr Haney also waited till day of court and dropped me as a client.

Mr.Haney showed poor communication skills and a showed the effort of a man wanting his minimum fee for minimum effort. He failed to inform his client of court dates and only requested information after the client filed telephonic complaint against Mr Haney. He dropped as a client only after being i...nformed that that she had every intention of dropping Mr Haney as an attorney in open court for failing to put on a proper defense. As a court appointed attorney he knows that a person is given a court appointed attorney due to the fact that they lack the resources to retain an attorney on their own so Mr Haney tried to bully into thinking he was her only resource.
