David Keith Wilson

David began his college education at Abilene Christian University, graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in 1976. After a brief detour in pursuit of a music career, he attended Baylor University Law School graduating in 1980. He is licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of Texas, United States District Court for the Eastern District, United States District Court for the Northern District, the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit and the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. He has been granted special permission to participate in particular cases in the following states even though he is not licensed to practice in these states: Oklahoma State District Courts, California Superior Court, Missouri and Tennessee Circuit Court.

David served as a prosecutor in Texas from 1980 to 1984. In 1985, he entered private practice in the field of general civil litigation in state and federal courts.  He emphasized representing accident victims (product liability, car, truck, marine and general aviation aircraft disasters) and claims against insurance companies. For thirty years, he has been honored to serve those who are harmed by the neglect of others and who suffered abuses dished out by unscrupulous insurance companies. Through representation, his objective is to make a real difference in the lives of those he serves. The firm is small, but it gets big results and theit track record proves it.
