About Claire
Biography
Claire Tate Rehmet has been working to help collect fair compensation from insurance companies since 1991. Claire has a unique ability to remain laser focused on cases and obtain maximum value for her clients.
“I have a lot of compassion for people who have been injured due to the negligent actions of others, and it is a privilege for me to go to work every day and fight for the rights of the injured,” Claire notes.
Growing up, Claire had the discipline to earn a top 10 tennis ranking in the state of Texas and played tennis for Texas Christian University. She also completed a seven-year undergraduate and graduate program in five years. Today she brings the same discipline to the cases on which she works.
Claire performed her undergraduate work at both TCU and Southeastern University and performed her legal education at both Southern Methodist University and South Texas College of Law. She is licensed as an Attorney at Law by the Supreme Court of Texas and is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
Claire lives on a ranch with her husband, Chris Rehmet, and their two children, and she is involved in a number of charities.
