Representation and counsel in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate including contracts of sale, leases, construction/development and architect contracts, environmental matters, mortgage lending, foreclosure, landlord-tenant rights and remedies, and title, survey, and other due diligence matters.

Representation in a wide variety of general business and commercial transactions, including asset and stock sales, contracts, and secured transactions. Involvement in forming various Texas entities and in advising clients with respect to such entities, including corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, professional associations, and professional corporations.

Preparation of wills and codicils (amendments to wills) and trusts; assisting clients in estate planning, including preparation of Health Care Powers of Attorney and Financial Powers of Attorney and Directives to Physicians (also known as “Living Wills”); and representation of clients in independent and dependent administrations of decedent’s estates. The firm also represents clients in establishing and administering guardianships for incapacitated persons.
