I hired Mr. Nichols and paid him $1,540 to represent me. I live in El Paso and he was suppose to represent me in person and he never showed up. I have never seen the man. He filing procedures are incompetent, as he is. I filed a complaint w the Board of Disciplinary and the case was dismissed as he f...ile Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. He refused to return my monies, he never represented me in court, 3 times I showed up w no attorney. He refused to return my money to the credit card company. Please beware if this attorney as he will START a new business after his bankruptcy is completed.
