I must say that every part of my case was handled with the utmost professionalism and heart. Taylor is very down to earth, easy to talk to and she listens and hears what you are saying. She responded to every call and emails and if I needed to speak with him it was never an issue. She is by far an all-around wonderful person that is knowledge and professional.
