Mike Zhang

Roxanne Tan was the attorney who performed most of the work with Mike Zhang as the lead attorney. We sought immigration for family of a legal permanent resident. I submitted the initial request. However, when the time came to submit the supporting forms and documentation, I felt inadequate to success...fully navigate the changing immigration environment. Mike Zhang previously assisted us in an immigration matter, we were pleased with his performance, and hired his firm again. Roxanne Tan was thorough, accurate, prompt, and attentive. She reviewed our documents and requested corrections as needed. She always replied to emails the same or next business day, either with an answer, an estimate for the formal answer, or an acknowledgement of receipt. Our case was disrupted by a change in NVC rules between the time we submitted paper documentation and when our case reached the review stage at NVC. Roxanne quickly instructed us on the new requirements, helped us gather the appropriate documents, and submitted them to NVC in a timely manner. She worked with NVC to successfully correct their misunderstanding of one of our filed 1040 forms.
