Biography
I am an immigration attorney in the Dallas-Fort Worth area who is passionate about assisting clients in resolving their immigration issues. I focus my practice solely on immigration, and I represent clients in a wide range of immigration cases: from assisting individuals in petitioning for their family members to join them in the US to defending immigrants in removal (deportation) proceedings and from aiding victims of crime or abuse or domestic violence to religious worker petitions. Many of my cases involve clients who are detained, who have criminal issues, or who are applying for asylum/withholding of removal/Convention Against Torture. I also represent companies petitioning for immigrant workers, investors who are seeking to invest in businesses in the US, and transferees with multinational companies, and individuals who are seeking National Interest Waivers based on their unique skills.
