Shawn Ismail

I've always known Mr. Ismail as Shawn, so that's how I'm going to refer to him. Shawn is professional and ethical (I know - a lawyer... crazy, right?? - lol). Shawn started as my lawyer in my divorce case that began about four years ago and he has been my lawyer through the initial divorce, a reconci...liation with my ex, and the more recent divorce petition and subsequent (and very messy) custody battle. He has always given sound legal advice, told me the truth even when I didn't want to hear it, and clearly explained every step of the process in layman's terms. He's a great litigator. His line of questioning when I took the stand was always clear and concise and led to a great point. He fought for my young daughter as if she were one of his own. He wore hot pink accents on his tie and handkerchief during trial because, as he said, "I'm fighting for a little girl today." He even called me on the phone later on in the evening on the day that our trial ended just to check in and see how I was doing. I could never thank him enough. And if I ever need a lawyer for anything else (which hopefully I won't!), I would be calling Mr. Shawn Ismail. (Thank you Shawn!)
