Quinton was born in Sherman, Texas. After playing quarterback and shortstop for Sherman High School and Austin College, he received his B.A. in Psychology from Baylor University. While at Baylor, he was a member of the Dean's List, Golden Key National Honor Society, and Psy-Chi National Honor Society. He also studied French in Paris and Lyon, France (1998 & 1999).
Mr. Pelley received his J.D. from Texas Tech School of Law, where he was Executive Vice President of the Student Bar Association, Executive Vice Chair of the Board of Barristers, and a member of the Criminal Trial Lawyers Association, Budget Committee, Volunteer Legal Services, International Law Students Association, and Welcoming Committee for Accepted Students.
During law school, Mr. Pelley studied International Law in Thessoloniki and Skopelos, Greece and Istanbul, Turkey. He later completed an internship in Washington, D.C. for the Honorable Congressman Ralph M. Hall.
Before joining Pelley Law Office, L.L.P., Mr. Pelley joined a highly respected Dallas trial firm that concentrated in medical malpractice, contract law, and tort litigation. While working in the Dallas firm, he held memberships in the Dallas Bar Association where he served on the New Members Committee, the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers where he served as a Junior Judges Committee Chairman, and the American Bar Association.
Mr. Pelley has memberships in the State Bar of Texas, Grayson County Young Lawyers Association, Grayson County Bar Association, National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, Collin County Bar Association, and America Association for Justice. Mr. Pelley is admitted to practice in all courts of Texas, the Northern United States District Court of Texas, and the Eastern United States District Court of Texas.

Quinton was professional, knowledgable, compassionate and kind during one of the darkest times of my life. I will recommend him to ANYONE looking for effective, affordable legal representation. It's clear that the review below mine is TOTALLY false and that reviewer should be ashamed of himself.
