Horrible experience. Karen told me to go see a very expensive mold specialist doctor only to turn my case down. My son and I have been very sick and her team was beyond frustrating to deal with. I am out of pocket almost $5,000. They will mislead you and delay your case. I could be working with anoth...er attorney right now. Now I’m starting completely over trying to find a new attorney to take my case. She needs to retire and stop wasting people’s time especially people who are sick from mold exposure. She should know better.

I found the intake process confusing and frustrating. The questions were extensive, but there was little clarity around next steps or whether representation was actually being considered. During the intake call, the staff member repeatedly asked for information I had already submitted and appeared... unfamiliar with the materials I had provided in advance. Several questions were repeated multiple times, which made the process feel disorganized and unprofessional. Overall, the intake felt more focused on collecting information than on providing guidance or a clear evaluation of my case. More transparency and preparation would have made a big difference.
