Prof. of Business Law at UNC Wilmington (2001-2019) who taught business, entertainment, and international business law. I earned an LL.M. (Lewis & Clark College, environmental law), J.D. (Southern Methodist University), and M.B.A. (Emory University), worked in private business and academia and for governments, and served as an officer in the U.S. Navy. I have 25 years of law practice experience plus the education and scholarly work to support you in dealing with legal issues.
