I honestly can't say enough about how impressed I am by Justin's expertise! I was referred to Justin by EAP. I did an initial consult with him and hired him for my divorce case. He started ghosting me and would give lame excuses if and when he answered the phone. He screwed my case in all possible ways. Never spent time preparing for a hearing, never discussed what ramificat...ions are needed. He is very unprofessional and should be avoided at all costs. He will make you and your case look like a joke in front of the Judge and am sure any NCG attorney can beat him.

Hired this attorney to work my case. He did an average job, however, neither him nor his office staff are very responsive. Had to constantly call him and leave messages (that were not being returned) and call him again until I got him on the phone. He is not very detailed and always in a rush. He des...erves a 2 star review, but not higher.

I ran a stop sign because the view of the sign was blocked my an 18 wheeler illegally parked in front of a sign that says no parking. Justin told me to email him the information and he would work on my case. I tried to contact him after I sent him the information but didn't have luck getting in conta...ct with him. It wasn't until after court that he responded, well someone that works for him, and said I would have to pay $200 for attorney fees and that's when employee benifits with my company. I had attorneys offer me $50 to work the same case. If you want someone who is obviously about money and not his clients this is the guy for you.

I had a case where I was a customer who was defrauded into thinking that I needed a specific good and I did not. This cost me thousands of dollars or an unjustified product purchase. Justin worked my case like he was the person that was unjustly sold a product that was not really needed. Just succ...essfully was able to get my money back and punitive damages for my troubles. Justin kept me up to speed on my case every step of the way and his staff was attentive in getting back to me in a timely manner. I would gladly recommend him and continue to use him in the future. He protected me like he was protecting his own interest. He valued me as his client.
