Carl Randall Day

Not dependable and will not return phone calls! Mr. Day wants his money up front, then he disappears. He cannot be reached no matter how many times you leave a message on his office phone or his cell phone. Misses important court dates. I used him years ago, and although I finally got my bankrupt...cy taken care of, it took him more than 5 months to do anything. Now my daughter is using him for the same thing, and he hasn't represented her in court, won't return phone calls, took her money and haven't heard from him in two weeks. She had to take care of everything herself, in other words, she has done all the legwork that Mr. Day was paid to do.
