Chris Pochyla is the founder of The Law Office of Chris Pochyla, PLLC. He opened his firm to represent those in need in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Chris received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University where he was a member of the Corps of Cadets in Company E-1 and helped reestablish Company D-1. Chris continued his education at Southern Methodist University earning his Juris Doctorate while participating in the Criminal Defense clinic as both a student attorney and Chief Counsel.
Chris’ legal work began during the Criminal Defense clinic while attending SMU. The clinic provided him the opportunity to provide legal representation to those in need and allowed him to gain valuable trial experience while completing his law degree. This is where his passion for fair and equal representation for everyone began.
In addition to his extensive background in criminal defense, Chris has over 15 years of experience in civil litigation representing clients large and small. Immediately after law school, Chris felt a calling to represent those individuals that are often overlooked in society. As such, he worked for Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas in the consumer protection division. After Legal Aid, He moved his focus to represented large corporations, litigated various business torts, and resolved contract disputes in both state and federal courts. Chris’ experience came during the heart of the mortgage crisis giving him unique opportunities to find creative solutions to complex legal issues.
Chris Pochyla has chosen to open a private practice because of his desire to provide excellent service to each client. He wants to work with each client to achieve your goals.
