An experienced litigator, Attorney Patel has worked in a variety of legal practice areas during her career, including personal injury, civil rights, and criminal defense in Illinois and Texas.
Ms. Patel was born and raised in Chicago, where she graduated from Loyola University of Chicago. She has a Bachelor of Science, with a double major in Forensic Science and Biology, and received her Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. She is admitted to practice in both the State of Illinois and State of Texas.
Prior to RTRLAW, she previously managed personal injury, civil rights, and criminal defense cases as an Associate Attorney for a Chicago law firm. During law school, Attorney Patel clerked for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, the Illinois Office of the State’s Attorney Appellate Prosecutor’s Office, and she did a fellowship program at the Center for Disability and Elder Law, providing free legal services to low-income seniors and people with disabilities.
