However, my experience extends broadly into other areas, including engagements involving issues related to manufacturing, retailing, oil and gas exploration and production, financial services, real estate, and severe personal a trial lawyer, my experience includes the prosecution and defense of lawsuits involving fraud, breach of fiduciary obligations, loans, secured transactions, real estate contracts, commercial and residential construction, equipment, commissions, placement and removal of materialman’s and mechanic's liens upon real property, government seizure of property, and commercial the area of creditors’ rights, I primarily work to protect the interests of secured and unsecured creditors, and businesses that have partially performed contracts with the debtor, during the bankruptcy and restructuring process. My work in this area is furthered by my experience in representing borrowers/debtors in the reorganization of industrial, service, and real estate companies. My general experience includes the formation of numerous businesses, assistance regarding matters arising out of operations, and the review, negotiation, and drafting of business documents (including leases, licenses, employment documents, stock and asset sales agreements, and purchase orders).
