If a case is disposed and it means that its closed, then why did the person get put on probation? and is it on their record?

They could have been placed on deferred probation and need to do a petition/order of nondisclosure to seal it from showing up to the public.

Im on state jail probation for theft and was recently arrested for class b theft. My p.o. said its up to the judge. Am i revoked

Is your state jail probation deferred or straight? You should be worried about a no bond probation revocation if your probation officer has passed...

How much time do you have until your court date? Have you asked the court if there is a way you can make the payment over the phone?
