File an eviction, friend need not be named. Forms and instructions are at your local eviction court. Many courts have them online.

Can tenants change the locks on home and not provide keys to landlord. Is it theft if they stole central AC unit out of home.

They can change locks, but must furnish key to LL. If landlord must re-key, tenants can be charged for the service. And yes, it is definitely...

I agree with my colleagues. You also want to be sure those taxes are paid before the county forecloses for the unpaid taxes.

If you don't have a job, why don't you move to OK to be near your girls and become part of their lives? I am sure they love you and they miss you.
I rent a townhouse and I park my trailer in the driveway. My landlord said it says in the lease I can't park it there.
