First you should talk to your landlord to find out the penalties for breaking your lease. They might also allow you to sublease the apartment.

It depends on whether or not you are responsible for the infestation. If you disagree, you can sue in small claims court for reimbursement.

He would need to file a suit in eviction court to get you out. You can tell the judge your side of the story at that time and the judge will decide.

Jurisdiction would be decided first. If they looked at facts and didn't have jurisdiction, the holding would be invalid.
