You do have a lease, and it is a month to month oral lease. It appears in NC that you only need to give 7 days written notice to terminate this...

You should be OK, but get a FL probate attorney to respond strongly to the bank.

Read your lease. Otherwise, you can't refuse landlord reasonable access with proper notice as provided by statute.

This is a grey area. However, occupant can't unilaterally change the terms of lease without Tenant's and landlord's consent.

Why don't you apply for the new loan and see what the lender will require? Chances are you will just need a deed.

You need a local attorney who can get you release from the automatic stay. Once you get that, you can evict your daughter.

The big question is "did you sign a lease?" If yes, then she can report you. Best to work something out with her - or contact a local attorney.
