Charles Andrew Mooney

We were a client of Mr. Mooney. His services were to supposed to provide a company formation agreement, minutes of our meeting, and a client contract. The client - company contract is intended for where WE the company service our CLIENTS. In that contract, Mr. Mooney's work was brought to another ...peer review because the contract did not meet our needs. In addition, Mr. Mooney added paragraphs per our instruction. However, because he did not capitalize or bold them, they never would have been inforceable in the State of Texas. Not to our request, were things like indeminifcation and statement that said we would fix ALL defects, that would protect our clients but not us. There was direct omission of who would pay for those defects. Overall, this is not an attorney we would recommend for small business.
