Benjamin is a great lawyer. He helped me with my TN visa application. My case was a bit more complicated since I had a 3-year degree from outside of North America, but Benjamin guided me through the whole process, and I got successfully approved! A fee months ago, we received a pretty extensive RFE for a TN1 visa and were pretty anxious as to what steps to take next. Benjamin happily offered us a free consultation where we talked for about an hour and discussed a plan of action on what kind of documents we should seem out and what kind of... information we should include. After a month and a half of contacting clients to get specific documents and evidence. I drafted an RFE response letter myself and hired Benjamin to go over it to improve it to maximise our chances. He did an incredible job and had a very fast turnaround for a fair price.
