I am a Texas-licensed attorney and founder of Vertalis Legal Counsel, PLLC, a business-focused law firm serving entrepreneurs, startups, and growing companies throughout Texas.

My practice focuses on business law, commercial contracts, LLC formation, corporate governance, business transactions, and commercial litigation. I work with business owners at every stage, from establishing a company and negotiating agreements to resolving disputes and protecting their business interests.

Before entering the legal profession, I served in the United States Air Force and worked in engineering, technology, and business operations. With an MBA and a background in corporate environments, I bring a practical understanding of the challenges business owners face beyond the legal issues themselves.

I founded Vertalis on the belief that effective legal counsel should be strategic, straightforward, and grounded in business realities. My approach emphasizes clear communication, practical solutions, and helping clients make informed decisions that support their long-term goals.

Based in North Texas, I serve clients throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area and across the state.
