Tarlicia Armstead is a trial attorney dedicated to defending both juvenile and adult clients in criminal matters across Collin County and North Texas. With a background rooted inside the criminal justice system, she brings a practical, informed, and client-driven approach to every case she handles.
Ms. Armstead graduated cum laude from the University of North Texas with a degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Behavior Analysis before earning her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston. She has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 2015.
Before entering private practice, Ms. Armstead worked as a juvenile intake officer and later as an adult probation officer in Dallas County. Through that experience, she worked directly with courts and individuals navigating the system, gaining valuable insight into how cases are evaluated, supervised, and resolved. That perspective continues to inform her defense strategy today.
