Biography
Rocio Gosewehr Hernandez earned her bachelor's degree from Baylor University before attending Notre Dame Law School for her law degree. After graduating, she returned to Texas to start her career as a trial lawyer.
She began in personal injury defense, working with insurance companies like GEICO, Progressive, and State Farm. However, she soon discovered her true calling lay in representing personal injury plaintiffs who had experienced catastrophic injuries.
