Non-responsive

Answered the phone the first time I called and agreed to take my case. After that, he became non-responsive. He stopped taking my calls and returned one of my messages a week later and then after that never answered my emails or phone messages.

While I do not recall this incident, it is my regret that any client or potential client would have less than great service from my law firm. I pride myself in providing personal and professional legal representation. While I also cannot comment specifically on this incident due to confidentiality rules, I would welcome the opportunity to address any issues with the individual posting the review.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Neal!

Last year I was badly burned on my leg by some hot tea while at a restaurant and needed legal representation. I had never had to hire a lawyer before and was extremely nervous about the whole process. I met with an attorney in Dallas and did not get a good feeling from her. Then I found Neal. He ...came and met with my parents and I, conveniently at my parents house and immediately I knew that he was the man that I was looking for. He is very professional and knowledgeable but also extremely kind and compassionate. He made himself available to my parents and myself for whatever we needed. He kept me informed of everything happening throughout the settlement negotiations and always responded quickly to my texts, emails and calls. I am so happy with the way that my settlement was handled. He was able to get the insurance company to pay me way more than they or I ever thought that they would! His personal delivery of the check was a very happy day for me. Representation from Neal is personal and special for the client but then aggressive and tactful to the opposing side. I cannot say enough good things about him. He is my lawyer if I ever need him again and I will highly recommend him to anyone who is in need. He's the best!
