I currently assist small to mid-sized companies and their owners with their business law needs. I work with all manner of companies, but especially enjoy working with internet startups, digital gaming companies, and eSports entities. I have helped entrepreneurs with the legal aspects of their websites, shop owners with their leases, and artificial intelligence companies with their employees and corporate structures. As a small business owner, I understand the need to prepare for the future. With that in mind I also like to help people with their wills and trusts. In these efforts, I help design wills and trusts and also provide guidance through the complex probate process.

I also advise companies and their leaders on how best to respond to legal issues that arise in the areas of corporate governance, real estate leasing, intellectual property protection, compliance with securities laws and regulatory reporting requirements. My broad legal background gives me ample experience on which to draw when providing advice to the growing companies of the North Texas region.
