Russ has not returned calls or emails or texts for the last 4-6 months. He took my money for sure but after 2 and a half years of waiting we have no proof that he even filed the petitions for my kids. Now we have to start all over with a different lawyer. He has said he was going to do things for us ...but I believe he lied and has not done those petitions. 2 and a half years wasted waiting and now he just ghosted us. No response. What a shame. Same on you mr Russ DiCapo.

Terrible at communicating. He told me I can ask him quick questions over the phone since I only used a part of my consulting hours. But he ignores emails and calls. Assistant merely tells me to email him. She refuses to take memo and give it to him. I decided not hire him. I do not recommend... him. Look at his google reviews and you will know that many people had the same problem.
