Practicing patent and trademark law since 1991 in the DFW metroplex. Services have included patent and trademark prosecution, patent searches, trademark searches, preparation of opinions regarding patent novelty, validity and infringement, evaluating the scope of patent claims prior to purchase of patent rights, and drafting patent license agreements.

Prior to entering law school, worked for 9 years as an engineer in oil field services, and electronics manufacturing and assembly industries, including defense electronics.
