Mr. Apgar has helped me out of more than one sticky situation which ranged from simple to complicated very quickly (thanks to me, myself & I). I was panicked a previous court appointed attorney made me do everything, tell him when he needed to show up and tell him everything they told me. He didn’t understand Half the terminology of the program that he was supposedly getting me into. I messed up and got kicked out due to mistakes, he told m...e I was gonna go to jail over a class b misdemeanor, first time offense because I messed up in the program. I was terrified I’ve never been in trouble and I’ve known of Mr. Apgar for years and I’m glad I ended with him. Mr. Apgar for one reassured me I wasn’t going to jail and that he would handle it he did!! I didn’t have to give him any information he knew it all and made me finally at ease after months of panic. I’m beyond grateful, I made a mistake my first real law breaking mistake. I was stupid and not once did he talk down to me he truly made this nightmare disappear and I’m beyond grateful.
