Casey Thompson Boyd

Casey was assigned my case thru the law firm I had hired. He initially did a consultation over the phone and drafted 1 version of a modification for a family law issue. The modification he drafted was full of errors and/or omissions that were not what I had discussed with him. At that point it took 4... months to get him back on the phone and attempt another draft. That draft was never sent over to me after 2 more months of e-mails and phone call to his office/paralegal. After 6 months and half my retainer used up on email charges for emails he wouldn't answer, I dropped Casey Boyd and the law firm he was employed with. I understand he has been let go as of recently for multiple reasons....

I was referred to Casey Boyd as a very knowledgeable, top notch guy. Unfortunately, after spending a week getting Mr. Boyd informed and up to speed regarding my case, he never emailed me back and became 100% responsive. It's unfortunate being that my case was time sensitive. I emailed Mr. Boyd ack...nowledging that he seems to be busy and asked to be refereed to another person in his offer, and even asked if he could point me to someone that could help, still... nothing.. If you are looking for an attorney to get on the ball going, I would not recommend Casey Boyd.
