Biography

In 1992 he became a founder of Innovative Managed Care Systems (now MedAssets) where he designed and implemented contract-management and claim-processing systems. He has published numerous articles in legal journals and has contributed to books on the subjects of cloud-computing security, healthcare reimbursement systems, contracting, compliance, and legal writing.
