Shahzad Khan

Attorney Shahzad R. Khan has been representing clients for over 11 years.  He is licensed by the Supreme Courts of Texas and Illinois. 

Shahzad grew up in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. He moved to Dallas in 1986 and has called DFW home since then. He is a graduate of Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, the University of Texas at Arlington, and Trinity High School in Euless, Texas.  Shahzad is married and has two daughters. 

Shahzad's practice currently focuses on Employment and Family Based Immigration matters.  Shahzad has assisted clients with regard to all forms of employment based relief. This includes non-immigrant visas including H1Bs, H4 EADs, L1s, E-2, and R-1s.  In addition, Shahzad has assisted clients in Employment based Immigrant petitions by representing companies and providing them with guidance in the recruitment and filing of the labor certification and the eventual filing of the I-140 Immigrant Petition.  Shahzad has handled all forms of Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and Department of Labor PERM Audits and Wage and Hour Investigations.  

Shahzad has also assisted clients on Family Based Immigration matters including: fiance visas, green cards, AOS, DACA, and Naturalization matters.  

Shahzad also provides corporate/business formation services, basic estate planning (including Islamic Wills) and family law services.
